Great 1st experience with new puppy!

This was our second visit and it was great! Everyone is very friendly and the doctors took time to answer question and get acquainted. A very good experience. Also like the location, close to home. Thought it was great the first time not to pay and receive some goodies because our pup was a rescue from HEA. Very pleased!

I would suggest if you are charging for a full exam, that you would give a full exam. This is the 4th time I have been charged a full exam for 5 minutes of your time. If you charge for a full exam, I would assume the dog will be checked over completely. Also, I have heard feedback from friends and family who have had issues with your business. I was also disappointed that no one was wearing masks during this crazy time, even after I said I wasn’t comfortable with the fact that the vet tech wasn’t wearing one in the tiny room with me. I think we will be looking elsewhere. We’ve been with you a long time but this is the 4th time I’ve been disappointed in the service. I do have to say that I never had a bad experience with Dr. Abbey though. Bummer, the bad experiences I’ve had with the other vets outweigh the good.

My first visit was on time and very professional. What I liked most was the very friendly staff. The treatment Sammy received was very thorough and caring.

I was wondering what precautions your are taking to limit the spread of the coronavirus. For example, do you have filtration in your venting to limit particle spread? Thank you.

We recently switch from another vet where we were not getting results for allergy symptoms. Each time we went there were more tests run with no new answers. At our first visit to Allouez the vet came up with a solution that gave our pup complete relief. We re thrilled!

Along with being so friendly and caring they also accommodated getting us in over the afternoon so my husband could be there to help me with the 2 dogs. Dr Abby spent lots of time looking them over and made them feel comfortable. Thank you!!!
