I had specifically called and made appointment on a Friday stating I thought my dog had a stroke and may have to put down. I was called several hours later stating dr was sick and if I could maybe reschedule for Monday. I was not to happy that after I explained what happened that I was expected to wait until Monday. In the end you were able to still get us in at a sister company so it all worked out and I can certainly understand that people get sick. I am not mad or irritated with that. Just the way the way the phone call was made seemed insensitive.

It was a great experience once again from scheduling the appointment with Sam to checking in with Sam to seeing Dr. Becky. I love how friendly and easy to talk to that everyone always is there. And Margie is always so calm and must feel loved there too!
