I ve moved a lot over the years and our pets have subsequently been to more vets than I can remember. Your customer service and kindness and professionalism was above and beyond my expectations. Lovely service, personable, and I did not feel rushed when asking lots of questions. Great job and thank you for getting my cat in same-week for surgery. I wish I didn t live 1.5 hours away so you could be my regular vet clinic!

Staff went above & beyond to help us. The vet & tech were awesome & we felt our kitty Licorice was in great hands. We didn t know we were to meet the vet at the Phillips office for this emergency appointment, but your dog groomer at the Park Falls office actually called Phillips to clarify!
