I ve had all my furry friends cared for by NCVC for several years. The staff has been very accommodating and has always patiently answered my long list of questions. The last visit, Teddy needed unexpected surgery on his left front foot. Surgery went well and he recovered very quickly. The vet techs and Dr. Ludwig were very reassuring in explaining that Teddy would react well to surgery and that recovery would proceed without a problem. I thank them for making me, and especially Teddy, feel like a valued member of their clinic.

Really appreciated working with me to bring my dogs in one at a time on the hour so as not to have to deal with four dogs all at once. Dr. Ludwig is always great to work with and very good with all our pooches...even the ones with some people issues. We are very happy to have a vet that we can always count on!!

It was a sudden situation (the need to board a dog) and it all went very smoothly.

Visited this clinic because our lab needed to see a vet while we were at our cabin. I called in the morning and was given a afternoon appointment. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, the receptionist was friendly. The doctor was very attentive to our dog, knowledgeable and listened to concerns. The whole experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this clinic !

Been going to this veterinary hospital for years and have never had any problems. Very friendly and great with all my pets. Even when we had to say goodbye to one of our older dogs they made our whole family comfortable and gave us special attention.
