The front desk (new lady) was friendly & personal. Kim is always great. The place was busily swapped with people & pets as far as Merrill. You guys are the best!

After explaining how my dog is very shy with new people around her, everyone listened to me and new exactly how to treat Shilo. It ended up being a great trip for her and her parents. Very hairy at the end though, lol

I was very impressed with Megan Pipkorn she went above and beyond. The only complaint I would have is the Bill, it was very high compared to other places. The vet is nice and good with my dog, but dang shouldn t go broke trying to give my baby girl the care she needs.
