Dr. Wyman is the BEST!! She has taken more time to explain, and does not hide her compassion for the animal (and owner). There was no explanation for the billing, but none was needed. The staff were extremely helpful, and I continue to recommend Wiosons in Romeo to frienda and family!!

Dr. Rachel is the best! I will work my schedule around to ensure I get an appointment with her. Her compassion is completely genuine. She truly cares about the animals that she treats. She always takes her time explaining results and the treatment plan. I really appreciate that.

Attention Day Manager: After the doctor met with us, he left while his medical assistant came in to take my cat, Lucky, to get an X-ray. Holding Lucky in one arm, he dropped his clipboard from the other onto the linoleum floor, whereupon Lucky, frightened by the sudden and loud sound, promptly bit the medical assistant on the arm. The assistant then (probably instinctively) thrust his arm forward. Lucky went flying across the floor to the opposite corner of the room. The assistant then said he would have to restrain my cat who is now crouched, hissing and growling in the corner to where even I was hesitant to pick him up. The medical assistant returned with a large plastic box that he suddenly drops onto my cat, quickly pushing the box cover under my cat and immediately flipping the box 180 degrees, locking the top cover. This quick action could have caused further physical damage to my cat who is now upside down and must twist himself upright all while trapped inside the confining box with an already destroyed knee joint! I strongly objected to the unnecessarily harsh treatment telling the assistant that his actions are seriously traumatizing my cat. The assistant immediately became irate and rather hostile, accusing me of impugning his handling of animals. He then claimed the cat bit first, and then he dropped the clipboard to start off the unfortunate chain of events. But the events were NOT bite, arm thrust and then clipboard hitting floor. It was clipboard hitting floor, cat bites, and arm thrust expelling the cat across the room. It was in that order, not the other way round! My friend, who accompanied me to the clinic that Sunday confirmed witnessing the events to me exactly as I witnessed them. And he is fully prepared to provide his written account of events exactly as I have described them here. Needless to say, though the unfortunate events began innocently enough, I am absolutely pissed at the treatment of my furry friend and the unexpected and hostile outburst to me by the medical assistant afterwards. Man up to your mistake, don t reverse the order of events to cover your ass.
