When we brought our dog in, even though the waiting room in the Emergency room was full, Regan was taken to a room immediately. We thought that she was dying. She was having trouble breathing and was foam at the mouth. Thank you very much for taking such good care of her. Marilyn Collins

I was very pleased with the care and concern of the whole staff dur our visit. It is very refreshing to experience this. One suggestion, You might want to clarify to the visitor if it is necessary to bring the pet back for a recheck and if there are any pending needs such as shots or meds. Even though much of this is written on our take away documents, I think most people will pay more attention to verbal suggestions!!!! But all in all, You all are fantastic!

Everyone was very friendly and nice, Danielle was especially sweet! She sat in the ground with us and took her time explaining everything and answering all of our questions.

Dr. Kirby was excellent! He got right down on the floor with our girl and really made her feel safe and comfortable! He was also great at explaining things to my husband and I and took more than enough time with us, answering our questions.

I walked into urgent care on a very busy night. My wait was over 4 1/2 hours. Long time but there were true emergencies coming in so that is the way it is. What I thought was very impressive is that even though I know how busy they were and how exhausted that vet must have been when he got to us he was calm and took his time to thoroughly exam my dog and find the problem and I really do appreciate that.

Never had a bad visit...

Love the new facility. My appt was @ 1:00 and I was in my car driving home @ 1:19. All my questions were answered, and my pet and I were treated very well, by all the staff.

I love coming there, even when your patients have a 3 hour wait they are all very nice. Your employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very compassionate.

I really enjoyed our visit, We were greeted before I even got to the door, the tech assistant seen me coming and opened the door and asked if she could help, I was bringing in 3 saint bernards ( that was so awesome to have the help) and she again helped to take one out when we were done. I have been using my vet for over 15 years ( love him to death but he is getting old 72 this year (I believe) so the fear of having to find another vet is frightening. I still use him for routine stuff like shots, but he doesn t do an over all assessment of my animals with their yearly check ups. which a few of my dogs are young but my older ones I feel should really have a throughout check up. really they all should. We came for a meet and greet to get my saints fixed, but I am definitely bringing my cat to get examed on the day I pick up Liberty. You guys are wonderful and I recommend the 24 hour hospital to everyone, I know. Thank you

Dr. Baumert is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and compassionate.

We couldn’t get into our vet, no appointments. We also went to a 24 hr er vet hospital, Not good. I’m grateful we found dr Krause . Our lil girl, is very sick , but the compassion , kindness, and incredible patience of the vets , office staff and emergency doc here. Was comforting . I called the er line three times with worry they called me back promptly, very kind and patient.

I truly appreciate that Wilson’s recognizes that affordable and high-quality after-hours care is essential to us fur-parents. I’m am so very grateful that this veterinary clinic exists.

John, the person in the back on 7/10 was wonderful the previous day I couldn t get anyone to call me back. When your baby is in the hospital,far away from home that is hurtful. Everyone was very noce but additional help is needed at checkout.When you are getting a dog out of the hospital it is very stressful especially on them. Thank you Michele Farless and Phoebe

I was very impressed and reassured by the amount of time spent interacting with my animal and listening to me explain symptoms and fielded questions I had. The comprehensive exam, medication and X-Rays were affordable, leaving my #1 concern to monitor and take care of my sick pet. We will be making this our primary veterinary clinic!
