Our cat was hospitalized for 4 days and we had a so-so experience. Every single staff member we dealt with made it a point to tell us how aggressive our cat was... which should be expected with a 12 year old cat who’s never left home. I was told my cat had gotten tangled up in his IV cords one night and ended up peeing on himself which sort of disturbed me. My biggest complaint was the litter box. It was a very small tray with a handful of brown pellets. I informed several staff members he hated it and every time he tried using it while I was visiting, he got frustrated and ended up not making it on the tray. I offered to bring his litter box from home with his regular clay litter but I was told it would be changed out to regular litter no problem. It was never changed over to regular litter. I was then told he had to stay an extra day because he wasn’t urinating on his own.. so I had to pay an extra day because he wasn’t urinating in a litter box that I tried telling everyone that he hated. Many of the girls we dealt with were in a hurry or never came back if we tried asking a question. The biggest positive of our experience was Melissa. She made it a point to actually sit with us and talk with us for however long we needed her, and never once lamented about how aggressive or nasty my cat was. Her compassion and caring demeanor has not gone unnoticed by us and we are very grateful. I hope this review gets read by someone who will let Melissa know she’s great at her job and she’s the reason we gave more than one star on our review.

Dr. Kerby is a class act! He took much care with all three of my goldens. He is a wonderful vet and will come back for him!

Easy in and out and my cat did great after her dental. Dr. Shanti is one of the best.

Staff knew the urgency of the situation and took our dog in for immediate action. They took care of the problem quickly and we were on our way home soon after! Great experience and will always drive the long distance to bring our dog there in an emergency!

This is a 5-star excellent, competent, well-staffed facility. It is reasonably priced and cleaner than 99% of facilities that we have gone to prior.

Much better experience on this side. Dr.Murray took time to know her patient and very helpful Less stressful for the puppy. Staff was very friendly.
