We have been to your veterinary hospital on 4 occasions, all during times that we were concerned for our pets and not able to get into our veterinarian due to it being a weekend or after hours. I’ve been going to ACSH and the walk in clinic and I have to say besides my appointment with Dr Krieger, this was the best visit I’ve had. I was told it’d be an hour wait. I was in a room almost as soon as I signed in and my pet was able to see a vet within a few minutes. I really appreciated it because I drive a half hour to the walk in clinic.

I just realized that I didn’t get a rabies tag for my rag when I was in. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice for the cashier to remind me.

Would highly recommend this facility I’m glad I switched to Wilson’s very happy with everything

It seemed to take a long time to be seen by the tech. Our appointment time was 6:00 but our pup wasn t seen till 6:45. However, the tech was quick and the staff in general are amazing, so we will continue to drive the 40 minute trek to see the best.

We traveled a long way to your facility because we heard you really cared about your patients. We love our dog and wanted the best care we could get. I have to say we were not in the least disappointed. We certainly will be using your services for any future needs for our pets. Dr. Matt did a great job -- in fact I m convinced he must have somehow done the equivalent of a chiropractic adjustment because before even giving my pet pain meds and anti-inflammatory he was moving around much better! THANKS!!!!!! I already called Mindy to discuss something that I observed regarding communication with a different customer who wasn t with me.
