As soon as we walked in we were greeted with genuine kindness. Our pup was greeted like she truly mattered. We had a ton of questions. Some of our questions were silly but we were not made to feel silly for asking. Our pup was given a very thorough exam. We felt like all of our many questions were answered and some great advise was provided. The vet and tech had a wonderful bedside manner. We will be switching to Cherryridge.

Dr. Gross is amazing! She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain conditions and treatments. Most importantly, she makes my pets ( ) ( ) as comfortable as possible. She is very personable and we appreciate her gentle nature and compassion. We are very pleased with the services she provides to us.

It says a great deal about how wonderful your office is if your dog RUNS IN! My dog seems to love coming to Cherry Ridge, no carrying or dragging just runs right in!!!

I believe the tech at my visit was Jonathon. He was very friendly and interested in my Tahlulah. I was impressed with his interaction with her and also his questions and overall demeanor. Of course, I love Dr. Trayes who has been my vet forever. I have the utmost respect for him as a person and professional and have always trusted his judgement. Your office staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
