This was our first visit and an emergency. The office was filled but managed to squeeze us in. You would have never known this because the staff was very thorough and took their time to explain what was going and our option. It was nice to be presented with options and reasons for them. I can t say enough good things. Thank you so much!!

Everyone does their job so well, I wouldn t think of using another practice.

I can t thank you all enough. This is the second time in the past few months that my pup needed to be seen rather urgently, and we were accommodated both times. You treat our animals like your own family, and it means more than you know. Dr. Trayes called a couple of days later, just to see how she was doing. Which meant the world to me, as I had tried to call the clinic that Sunday morning, knowing that you weren t open, but hoping to talk to someone about new concerns. Thank you, thank you.

Personable, efficient, fast, and reasonably priced

Everything was five star but don t know how to register that. Wasn t sure if I was supposed to darken all stars or just leave them gold. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Lily loves coming there. When we pull in she whines and pulls for the door.

We absolutely love this office, especially the vet techs, Gina in particular but everyone is wonderful here!

Its too expensive. If I m going to continue to bring multiple pets in for health exams you need to start offering some kind of discounts. I ve haven t had my cat examined except for emergency reasons.

This visit was our first time with Dr. Gross. She was very thorough and cared enough to catch us in the parking lot before we left to follow up on an issue that we forgot to address in our visit. I wouldn’t have expected her to do that and was very thankful and impressed for her extra effort and care to follow up. It was a small but significant act of caring and we truly appreciated it.
