Brooke was my technician for Bagheera’s appointment and she was very thorough in explaining the instructions for aftercare and in explaining what would be happening during the procedure. She also called to follow up on Monday after his dental procedure. We had excellent care.

Dr. Brooker is fantastic as well as the entire staff. Thank you all so much for your special attention to our slightly neurotic Finn. You guys are all great!

Very compassionate and always willing to give extra time with my dog Ollie.

There was some confusion on my end about the appt, i assumed it was just for updating vaccines for Pigs upcoming boarding stay but it was also a wellness exam. We skipped the calming meds not knowing this was also the case and when we arrived Ann Hill allowed us to postpone the wellness until January. I know that scheduling was impacted because of us and having that time slot for a wellness check. So we are very appreciative of Ann Hill and the Canfield staff. Thank you!!!

Everyone was very helpful. Brooke & Kelly along with Dr. Zink took the time to engage with GB, making GB more relaxed even tho she had a muzzle for the first time because her skin was so sensitive from the bug bites. The many treats helped too. Brooke’s follow-up call was reassuring. Thank you all.

Fluffy and Lily always get the best care at Canfield Vet, and this time with Fluffy was no exception. Dr. Hill was so attentive to Fluffy (except when Fluffy was so hard to hold while clipping her claws). I also appreciate how well everything is presented to me. Canfield is truly the best, and I m so happy that they are there for me when there is a question or problem with them.
