Dugan was meeting Dr. Hill for the first time as he usually sees Meg. Dr. Hill and I had a good chat about Dugan, his exam, and health issues. I found her to be friendly and caring. I know I have relied on Meg all these years so I was glad to have met another veterinarian that I have confidence in as well. The support staff was also great and deserve a lot of credit which is why they are called support staff.

Thanks for working so hard during this extremely difficult time. Benny and Lucy appreciate you too!

I wasn t told the receipt was coming by email. But it cane quickly so was no problem. Everyone was SO NICE (as always)even with all the new changes. Things felt smooth. Keep up the HOODCWORK!

Ran 20 minutes behind, no big deal things happen. Seems current Covid procedure is very time consuming to staff (Many phone calls and lots of back and forth), but you have to make do with what you have to do during the current times. Receipt was sent immediately but not itemized, not a huge deal with simple vaccine appointment but otherwise would have wanted it itemized. I would have asked if I was concerned. Love Canfield and Dr. Brooker, will never trust anyone else with my kitties. It is always obvious that they care for Sully and want to see him well. I’m know the current times are very trying for veterinary medicine and I hope the current climate improves for you all as soon as possible. Thank you for all you do for the animals!

Dr. Brooker and all the staff at Canfield Vet are wonderful.... professional... very knowledgeable.... helpful... thorough.... and friendly. I have complete trust in their excellent care of my dogs for at least the last 20 years.

I had a 16 year old lab that had an emergency issue. The doctor saw us within three minutes of arriving at the office. I could not ask for anything more. We are grateful to do she is doing well considering her age

My dog was more relaxed at your bucolic setting (green grass to walk him before his appointment to calm him down!). Also, the practice seems less hectic which made the appointment easier on my senior dog.

The appointments was easier than the questionnaire (for an old lady!??). I never went in to the office so that last question seemed irrelevant but I didn t want to give you a zero! ??

My dog was nervous and worried about the covid requirements and was reluctant to go without me. We appreciated the extra efforts to keep us together to ease the stress and make this a positive experience. Thank you Meg and staff !

The staff and veterinarians at Canfield are the most caring and dedicated people, who make your pets a priority. They are knowledgeable and deliver the best care to my dogs.
