I really appreciated Dr Brooker coming out to the parking lot to talk to me before Georgie’s surgery. It meant a lot to me to talk to her face to face before an important procedure. That type of gesture In these strange times is a testament to her caring dedication to her patients. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Since I didn’t come in, Katie talked to me on the phone and came out to the car to say hello. The survey site didn’t work correctly.

The new corona virus appointment procedure went well. I was especially pleased with the telephone consultations Dr. Hill provided, and my interactions with other staff members on the telephone.

I am always pleased with the quality of care our dog gets at Canfield. The staff is great and the facilities are fantastic.

REally made me feel like my dog mattered.

The cost of my dog’s ear hair removal was exorbitant. I was shocked. Nearly $27 when a regular dog grooming at my groomer costs me $48. Dismayed by pricing, given our loyalty and multiple referrals to Canfield. Front staff & vet tech who took my dog inside & back was excellent. Dr. Hill was pleasant as usual.

Doing such a great job during the pandemic to treat our dear pets and keep all the humans safe.

I cannot speak to the facilities being clean due to the cover 19 protocol but the clinic is always clean.

Love this practice and it means so much to our family that they too care so much about our pets.

I really value the follow up as well. Many times when a doctor talks to you, it is hard to process everything. Having someone call and check in the following days is invaluable. Thank you.

I’ve been with Canfield Vet for 19 years - all of the staff are wonderful, patient and kind. Dr. Brooker and the other doctors are knowledge and compassionate. I love this practice and really can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve referred my family and friends to them many times over the years.
