no wait time. doctor zinke (? spelling) very nice. doctor very good with both dogs. tech very nice as well. we/I have been coming here for probably 20 years. wouldn t go anywhere else. very very supportive when we have had to put down 2 of our dogs over the past years. thank you

Having staff cower away when asked a simple question about the bill does not make the customer feel welcome, heard, or cared for. Having to ask what a specific line item costs over the phone 4 times in order to get an answer makes the customer feel as though you are keeping a secret or hiding something. I had a simple question, what does it cost to have my dog kept in your office for the day. This should not be a hard thing to answer. Also, what are you charging for my dog to get fluids for one day. Again, simple answer. It s a number, it s on the itemized bill. I should not be ignored and then avoided and re-directed to hear that answer. I would like to add that this is not a comment on the price, or the service. It is only fair that I am able to ask WHAT I am being charged, and since I was asking for ONE ITEM quote, that should have been the easiest question to answer. Instead, I left angry, I felt I could not trust the person on the phone, and very frustrated at a time when I was taking out a home equity loan to pay for your services. It is a simple question, what do you charge for keeping my dog in the office for the day. If you don t know the answer to that question, you have no business charging for that service. I didn t even ask what ANY of the tests or procedures cost. Very disappointing and very frustrating. My husband would like to look for someone else to give our money to for vet services, now I have to convince him that we can get past this and our 8 year 3 dog relationship should not be ended because an office staff person was reluctant to answer our one question. It feels like you are hiding something. If you are afraid to discuss a large bill, then you should hire someone who is not, train them how to answer questions and direct ALL the tough, large bill questions through them. We were willing to wait to get an answer from the appropriate person, but we were offended by being literally ignored in the office, they just walked away and didn t return after being asked what the cost was.
