Our waiting time was a bit longer than usual as a consequence of emergencies that day. However, our pets have been the emergency cases on occasion and are always grateful that this practice will go out of their way to accommodate pets in need of care, even if that means disrupting other appointments. Even when the start time of our appointments are altered by emergencies that disrupt the day, we never feel rushed or shortchanged with respect to care. We are grateful for the excellent care that we receive at all points of service from this practice, from office staff, to vet tech, to vet.

Dr. Zink was great. She made me feel less guilty about the fact that my puppy got into some grapes that I left on the counter (rookie mistake!!) by sharing some of her own experiences with her dog involving stolen forbidden food! As usual all of the staff was wonderful as well. Thank you!

My appointment was promptly met. Staff were gracious and caring. Dr. Rink was very personable, especially when handling actively anxious felines. Dr. Rink listened to my questions and answered completely.
