I was super nervous for my first vet appointment for my leopard gecko but Dr. Julien was amazing and handled my little gecko with so much care.

It was difficult to use the portal to make an appointment-it kept sending me to the wrong office (Lancaster Ave not Centreville) but I was able to call on the phone and make an appointment since the office was open. We love Dr. Bell and would only go back to the other office in an emergency.

Samantha at the front desk is great. It s wonderful that you submit the forms to our insurers; I didn t know that the first few years that I visited you! If you went back and did my first several years visiting you, I d give you & Samantha a cut of the proceeds. What do you think about that?

This was my first appointment for my new puppy. I shared the vaccination records with the Vet Tech and assumed they would know what was needed. He just had a 4 in 1 vaccine on 10/23 and the vet gave him another distemper and influenza. This caused my dog to be so sick the next day. I also felt like my vet was unhappy with my decision to get this specific breed and the choice of a raw diet. I worked with a very reputable breeder for several months and I want to make sure our pup gets great vet care. I don t want to feel judged at all of his appointments.

While all the vet care at Windcrest we have received over the past 13 years has been excellent, I especially like Dr Drummond. When she left Windcrest, I was glad to see that she is now at Talleyville. I called to get an appointment last Thursday, was seen on Friday morning. It is Sunday evening and I am awaiting results, hopefully tomorrow. I have heard “through the grapevine,” that they may be more cost than other local vets, but they are worth it to me. My girl is 17 years old and thriving, I believe, due to the care that she has always received at Windcrest!

Everyone there was just amazing in caring not only for our dog, Pinky, but they showed care and concern for us too. Amazing team with everyone we interacted with. Thank you.

The staff at Graylyn are always caring and thorough. I have trusted my dogs to their care since they were tiny puppies - nearly 15 years. Their affiliation with the emergency department at Windcrest is a plus and has been a valuable resource and support at times of crisis. They also offer a senior discount. I certainly recommend them.
