We d like for you to staff your Emergency Room 24/7 with as many vets as is feasible. Your location is convenient to the Wilmington suburbs; Greenville; City of Wilmington, etc.. We came to rely on your ER services. What are your plans for the ER at Windcrest?

The whole experience was great.

I feel that the overall visit was good however I feel that the Doctor’s charge was a lot for the amount of time that She spent with my dog. You need to adjust your fees Downward especially for senior with rescue dogs on A fixed budget. The price of drugs are way too much

The interactions I ve had with Windcrest,November 2022 When my cat was on her last and now with my dog when he suddenly become ill,the experience has been very compassionat and I received consisttent and timely updates daily Which helped to to ease my concerns.

The staff and doctor are always excellent. Absolutely love this practice.

My visit was pricey but the tests suggested made me feel that everything was being done to ensure that the problem was investigated.

I was very dissatisfied with the post surgical customer service and after care for our loving pet especially after spending $4500 on emergency surgery. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone I was forced to drive to your location for service. In addition no follow up calls to lets us know she was fine except for surgical doctor calll.

The vet assistant handle our cat very well. I like the veterinarian’s technique. He explains the treatment very well.

My wife and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else and Dr. Julian is great. He explains all the options in detail and we can tell he sincerely cares about our dogs.

This appointment was great. Seen quickly and without issue. However, this appointment was a re-schedule of an appointment that was originally scheduled on 3/4. When I arrived for that appointment, I was informed by the receptionist that the appointment had been cancelled as the doctor had left early for the day. I was not informed by phone, text or email of this cancellation. This is not acceptable.

Pay in the rooms, computers are slow and it’s annoying. Also I was told I would be given my animals ashes at checkout and then they forgot and I forgot and now I need to come back

Wonderful experienced staff who provided very professional services to see after my dogs health.

Dr. Namey and all the Vet assistants and front desk folks are just the best. We feel that Max gets great care. Everyone seems to love our boy which we of course love! We will always choose Dr. Namey if it’s not an emergent need. The other vets are equally good but Dr. Namey really knows Max and us which is important to us.

Dr. Bell and her staff are excellent and caring. The only negative is that it is very expensive.
