It’s a great place to take your animals. They are caring and go the extra mile for your animal I have a blind dog that is very difficult to work on. That make it easier for my dog and it is such a relief to be able to take him there and know no one will get hurt dealing with my verry anxious dog. Great place!!

You might want to fix your online scheduling portal. It let me make an appointment with a doctor that doesn’t see Guinea pigs (which was the animal I was making the appointment for). Thankfully I got in on the same day with a different doctor at another location, but if I didn’t I would have been very upset, especially when she needs a dental procedure done.

the wait time is usually minimal. I assumed that maybe an emergency case came in after we were taken back to the exam room

Dr. Julian treated Tippins on Friday, November 25th for an ear infection. He was friendly and Tippins was on his best behavior during the exam. It was my pleasure meeting him and if Dr. Namey is not available we will happily request Dr. Julian.

We really appreciate the time Dr Joshua Jullian took with our apt and guinea pig , my daughter went in being really upset and nervous but left in better spirits and her guinea pig made a huge turn around for the better within 24 hours of treatment!! Thank you!

I would not take a pet of mine anywhere else. The compassion I was shown when my cat was sick was healing. And now that we have adopted a puppy, I have already learned so much from one visit. Thank you Dr. Mitchell and Melissa! Ruby says hello!

I came in to update my pets rabies shot and normally I would get a reminder email but I did not get one for this shot. I assume that it was the changing/updating of your system.

Windcrest has been very good to me over the years for many reasons. I will say that i have done some price checking and you are a little pricey in comparison to others. That being said I will continue to bring me pets to you. Thank you.
