We hospitalized our cat and were told $2000 for the first night and around $1000 for each subsequent night. However, this is not really accurate as the $2000 is a deposit which includes the care and drugs and other tests. It made it seem like the payment was for hospitalization only and other tests would be added. This made us think we d be spending far more money which was a bit stressful.

We appreciate all you do to take care of everyone s furry family members. The communication was great from staff and kept us abreast on how our sweet kitten was doing. Thank you for being a beacon of care and hope in our community.

I love the online appointment process. That’s convenient. Your techs and doctors are nice and seem genuinely caring. I’m very happy with my decision to leave our previous veterinarian and come to Windcrest. Thank you.

Everyone I talked with was wonderful to me and patient with my concern for an injured community cat. My only frustration is that the clinic was so busy that I had to wait longer than expected. That wait suggested that others trust you and appreciate your services too.

I’ve got no complaints but will be glad when we can go into the building w/ our pets like before the pandemic.

The nurse that we had for jack went over amd beyond her duties. First she was very social and very nice to us and to jack. Great understanding from the whole staff for us when we were 1/2 hour late due to a traffic accident. And than our truck wouldn’t start she jumped in without us asking her to give us a jump to get our vehicle started I just can’t say enough about how kind she was. Dr Mitchell and Staff are always courteous and a pleasure to work with. Dr Mitchell and her staff take the time to provide communications regarding our pets health that is very understandable including treatment options. We live in a challenging environment with coronavirus and hopefully The facilities will soon be able to allow owners to accompanying their pets to the examination room.
