Dr. Haviland was wonderful! I brought my Amazon Parrot in for a second opinion and I am so happy I did! After just 2 days of medication, he has definitely improved. Thank you, Dr. Haviland! I have only praise for Windcrest Animal Hospital.

A lot of offices are now allowing people in with their pets. I think it s beneficial to the pet to have their person present, and I think it s beneficial to the person to see the care their pet is receiving. I hope you ll consider this option soon.

Regarding no 5, nothing was mentioned about the cost of any services until at the end when a male called me and said ok, your total is ____, how would you like to pay? . With a total cost of $460, I would expect some communication before that point. I would like to know if the wellness exam included an examination of Chase s teeth. There is no mention of that on the invoice. Thanks.

We have been patients of Windcrest and Hockessin for over 20 years and they have seen us through a few family dogs. We continue to bring our dogs because they provide outstanding care for our dogs!
