Friendly, efficient and informative

The professional and obviously caring service provided by Dr. Cassidy and the veterinary assistant was exceptional and truly appreciated . The $50.60 charge for Brie’s “hygienic clip”, which took less than one minute was both unexpected and well beyond reasonable, especially in context with the “other” professional fees as charged. I called and requested an explanation, and while the explanation was clearly understood, it remains completely unacceptable.

The staff at Talleyville was absolutely wonderful! It truly was a pleasure to visit there and be seen by Dr. Hammil.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. I was very nervous bringing my rabbit because he s such a nervous guy, but you made us both feel comfortable. The sedation worked great for my rabbit and he s doing so well since you ve seen him. Thank you so much!

The visit was for an annual wellness visit for my dog and it cost over $1000. That s crazy and prohibitive to care for my pet. Something has to change or I will need to look elsewhere for vet care.

I had not been to the Talleyville office before, so when I entered the parking area and saw the signs, the most apparent text was Reserved or something similar. My first thought was that those spots were not for individuals visiting the veternary office, so that was confusing and maybe could be made clearer.

Dr. Julian is the best!

Dr Cassidy is great, she is very gentle and always take time to explain any issues. She is just wonderful.

The Docs and staff have kept my sweet boy Toby alive for over three years and I hope he continues to thrive under their care.

Dr Garrick and His techs Destiny and Stephanie so caring Cats don’t like going but they are in great hands. Only want to take my fur kids to this office.

Dr Julien was amazing he took all the time to explain everything! We had many questions and the vet tech was also kind and considerate.

We were generally pleased with the care our bird received. However it seemed to us that the cost of diagnostics was inflated. I understand the interpretation of these tests is very specialized, but if you do some back of the napkin time and materials estimates the mark up seems huge to a lay-person. Outside of cost, we were very pleased.

Everyone that I spoke with was friendly compassionate and professional. I had no worries about how Carmen was going to be cared for. I contacted 5 other places prior to contacting Windcrest, and was not able to make an appointment for a minimum of a week. Windcrest saw my pet in 2 hours.

There was a delay in seeing my pet but the staff and doctor were apologetic and very sorry for the delay.

Always have had a great experience here for about the last 10 years My recent visit was very disturbing and my cat Leo was very upset even after we arrived home. The young male doctor was fine however one of the female assistants was over bearing and it was very unsettling. Susan House

I was able to get in the same day, they outline price of various options prior to appointment and of treatment options after the exam. The staff was very helpful.

After going to Circle Vet (Dr Wilkins retired) for 30 years I was upset. But after my visit to Windcrest Animal Hospital with my dog Maggie I am happy and confident that choosing Windcrest was the best decision I made for my Maggie . Thank You Windcrest for taking care of my Maggie

The hospital rivals other small human hospitals. I’m assuming that is why the prices are so high. I think you should offer discounted prices for the elder community and military. .
