Dr. Hillary is excellent. She followed up with a phone call the next day to discuss my dog’s lab results. Is there a place on the portal where I can view the results of lab work?

The girls at the front desk greeted us by name and Dr. Matt and his assistant were great with Sadie. Dr. Matt also gave us advice on how to get her vaccines back on schedule so they are all done in one appointment.

I was able to get Annie quickly and Dr. Baker had never seen her before and he was very helpful.

I had an amazing experience- from the phone call to schedule to the doctor’s bedside manner. I appreciated the entire process. And unfortunately I will not be going back. The price is way more than I can afford and if I were to have been asked what I thought the visit and tests would cost, I would have said three to four hundred. It ended up being over 600. I was not happy and suggest letting the customers know the prices up front if you are not open to lowering your prices.

Dr. Meghan Glazer was wonderful with my pet. She took the time to get to know him. We LOVED Dr. Kelly and were going to follow her to her new location, but I found Dr. Meghan to be just as caring so we will be sticking with her. Thank you, Dr. Meghan!

We just had our dog groomed by Sue. We’ve gone to her for 14 years and she is just wonderful. Right now we’re just using your grooming but may transfer all of our pet needs to Pewaukee Vet.

Unfortunately our visit was to put our almost 16 year old cat to sleep. Everyone there was extremely gentle, caring, and patient with us, giving us as much time as we needed through the process. We couldn’t have asked for better staff, a calmer atmosphere or a smoother process. Geppetto took his last breath knowing he was loved and cared for. Thank you so much.

Dr. Meghan is a great comfort and excellent vet. I m not your typical pet owner, I m very invoved. Dr. Meghan is always receptive to my ideas and will explain the pros and cons as well as share her experience and ask for my opinions on her suggestions for care. I trust her, I don t trust many when it comes to my boy.

Doctor talked over me a lot. I was put in the same room that my pet died in at the end of December.

As a client of Pewaukee Vet for the past 20 years, I feel like a nail trim should be a complementary service provided during an exam, if it is needed. It does not take that long for the vet or vet tech to do a nail trim and I do not feel that a charge of $33 for it is justified.

It was so wonderful, from check in to time with the tech and doctor, and check out, a pleasure and very efficient. You can truly tell that everyone loves their job and brings their best to work even at closing time, which we were the last appt for the day. My dog was happy and felt safe and I felt well informed and didn’t feel pressured to additional services. Thank you so much for what you all do, our family appreciates you and our pets love you.

My cat gets really anxious coming and the staff are so receptive to her and help her navigate to mitigate that fear. It’s so comforting go to a place where every single staff member goes out of their way to make the experience better for her. I love seeing all the friendly faces every time we come. Everyone was very kind and caring, especially the techs, who offered to give my allergy dog a treat that he could have! It prompted me to buy a bag for him, as he never gets treats. Everyone was great and the experience was wonderful.
