On occasion, should the need arise, we visit a vet in Antigo close to our lake home. The fees for needed services are less costly. We have been clients of Pewaukee Vet. for over 24 years and have no intention of leaving. Dr. Tom is the best. However, I thought this should be brought to your attention. Thanks, Dr. Tom for all you have done for our Shi Tsu Dixie (15 years) and our current Shi Tsu Buddy (9 years).

I love Dr Jeff. He s been amazing for years. Receptionist needs to listen to her customers. She was new and had an attitude. I need to reschedule because we missed a lump on the new kitten.

Dr. Carolyn and Stefany were great. They were kind and gentle with Daisy, who was petrified, and very informative with me. Dr. Carolyn laid out all of my options and together we came up with the best plan for Daisy. She was super knowledgable and a pleasure to work with!

I like all the drs there but Dr Kelly is the best! I really like everything about her and how well she has taken care of my cat. And I accidentally made the appt on line for next week and didn t know until I showed up, she took us anyway and even kept him for couple hours to make sure ok. I know the office was very busy Monday but she never made me feel less important. Love her and all the nurses and staff! I m very appreciative.

A wonderful vet clinic.

The only complaint I have is that your appt. are not running on time. I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes before I see the vet.

Dr. Randy and Dr. Karen were wonderful to me and my fur baby, Gabby. I want to thank them for comforting me and Gabby the entire time we were there. Both are incredible doctors and the technicians were just as wonderful.

I found the prepay on flu vaccine booster curious. I went along, but the explanation I was given seemed contrived.

Yes, Pewaukee vet is local, staff was friendly, the place easy to access, I like to support local businesses. I wish I knew to go directly to the emergency clinic with Charlie s fracture. Cost was escalated and I waited all day to have them splint it. Live and learn I guess. Pewaukee vet would not take on the follow up care, who knows how long I will wait at the emergency clinic and who will do the follow up care.

For whatever reason, my husband and I had to wait 35 minutes to even be taken back to the patient room. It was our first time seeing Dr. Karen and she seemed very rushed and short with us. I understand Pewaukee Vet may have been very busy at the time. I feel we didn t receive the personal attention we deserve (we have been clients for over 8 years!). Any time I have pretty much gone to pewaukee vet, is in the evening. The nurse told me that was the excuse why it was taking so long. That s not how it usually goes. I was a little disappointed and may reconsider other vets.

Dr. Jeff was very kind and knowledgeable especially since I came in with my sick dog.

I ve been taking my dog there for a little over 9 years, and this was the first time I had been told my dog should have a tick-repellent collar on, even though I don t live near a wooded area and my dog doesn t go into any woods. Since the two doctors I had seen over the past 9 years hadn t mentioned this in all my previous appointments, it made me think this new third doctor I was seeing was trying to upsell something I didn t truly need. Or the other two doctors weren t as thorough as they should ve been. Either way, it caused concern that two separate sets of doctors didn t have the same opinion on something of that much importance.

I would like to be more informed on my options/choices when doing blood tests in particular. I would like to be a more informed consumer when these tests are ordered. For example which test is the best bang for my buck. And how much do these tests costs before you take the pet in back for the draw. Should I choose test A or B, like would a senior wellness panel be just as effective for testing purposes and give me even more numbers on his health then just a single test.

I will definitely be going back to pewaukee vet for all of my pets needs! Everybody was super friendly and patient with my 1 yr old daughter. The dr even gave her a little gift bag. My cat didn t even freak out and she hates everyone! Must have been the pheromone blanket ;) Thank you for you kindness and patience!

I drive quite a way to come to PVS, I wouldn t consider any other place!

The experience was fantastic! My only minor complaint is that we were probably in the room for 20-25 minutes before anyone came in. Thankfully I have a very easy going cat, but I imagine that any extended time for an animal could be stressful. Everyone was great, though!!

I would have appreciated if the doctor had reminded me to have my dog tested for heartworm and given me medication as I have forgotten to do this.

Dr. Karen is fabulous. Her thoroughness and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Additionally, I value the fact that she works to connect with our dog and helps to settle her in to the appointment.

ALL OF YOUR STAFF were the VERY BEST that EVER was, the VERY BEST THERE is, & the VERY BEST that EVER will be. This comes from my HEART & I m NOT just blowing smoke out my ass!!!!! I REALLY appreciated the way Dr. Tom & his associate treated me & my 2 cats Morris & Psycho!!!!They dearly loved both of them!!!!! THANK YOU to ALL of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Kelly is a great vet. She took the time to answer all of our questions and it didn t feel like we were being rushed out the door. She s friendly and very personable. She genuinely cares about the health and well being of our dog.
