I took my Golden Retriever to Pewaukee Veterinary Hospital for a 2nd opinion regarding a diagnosis that my primary veterinarian at a different veterinarian office made. Dr. Jeff Baker was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and very patient in answering all of my questions. I am very pleased with the quality of service that I received!

Half the time the pet portal is hard to navigate.

I had indicated that I would like to be notified of the start & end of the ultrasound procedure via text message, but I never received anything before the vet calling to tell me that the procedure was done.

Appreciated the nice exam done by the dentist. His info and answers very helpful. I appreciated Dr. Carolyn answering all my questions and taking time with Duke even though she had a very, very busy day ahead. I felt reassured of my cats health. Thank you.

This was a grooming appointment. Brooke is excellent and our dog loves her!

I was very happy with Dr. Nick. He spent a great deal of time getting to know my dog for the first time, answered all of my questions, and really helped her to be at ease. My only suggestion would be to have the front staff be more welcoming. I had not been here before, and was barely greeted. I would have preferred a smile with a welcome, and perhaps a little bit of an introduction as to how things are done, the weighing process as we first entered, or just a friendly greeting.

I will not be coming back there. We were mislead and lied to. We had scheduled an annual appointment for my dog and called about what she would need and cost. Then we’re told she didn’t need an annual exam and just a tech visit at this cost. Well the day is the appointment I get a call that it was moved to a vet and would cost $150 more than I was told on the phone call. A couple years ago I referred people there and now all I will be doing is telling anyone I talk to NOT to go there. Being lied to is UNACCEPTABLE
