We have tried a variety of vets in the area for our dog Clyde and cat Bonnie and Pewaukee is by far the best option. They always treat us kindly and take all of our concerns into consideration. Our dog Clyde can be reactive to strangers and other dogs and the Pewaukee vet staff has always been understanding of this. All of the vets and staff we have interacted with are amazing. Thank you Pewaukee vet staff for all you do!!!

Dr. Carolyn was wonderful with our dog Jax. She really took time before the exam and after the exam to connect with Jax and get to know him so he was comfortable. She is awesome!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed meeting with Dr. Nick and appreciated the attention he gave to our Reggie. We feel very confident that our girl will receive the best care and expertise during her surgery and rehab. We feel fortunate to be able to provide this high level of care!

We kenneled our dog but did not use any clinic services We have always had a very positive experience kenneling Willow with you. All of the people we have worked with are so friendly and Willow comes home happy!

Our dog Lucy usually has Dr. Kelly but she is out on sick leave so we saw Dr.Tom. He did an excellent job of diagnosing Lucy’s limping and taking care of her itching and scooting problems. I left the clinic feeling that Lucy was well taken care of.

We had to check our puppies temp on Sun. out of concern re. her diarrhea. I was a little surprised that on Friday Dr. Tom didn t check her temp. I would have thought that would have been part of her first head-to-tail first vet visit.

I can t get a click over the stars. It was my first time ever at the clinic as I am new to the area. When I came into the building and waited at the front desk, the receptionist was taking care of another gentleman, however never acknowledged that I was there. No greeting like I ll be right with you . Then several other people walked thru the reception area and never asked if I needed assistance or was being taken care of. Finally, the 3rd person finally asked and checked me in. However, the salvation was meeting Dr. Lisa, who was compassionate and incredibly patient when caring for my very ill kitty. I would certainly come back to see her again.

Dr. Carolyn went above and beyond to help us through this appointment. She used her lunch break to conduct unscheduled x-rays on our dog who had severe leg pain. She then spent a great deal of time discussing our dog’s cancer prognosis. Her kindness and empathy were so helpful. I would recommend Dr. Carolyn to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate vet.
