I was very impressed with the way crystal explained the procedure to remove Lacey’s problem and I was concerned about how long before her hair would grow back! I was extremely impressed by the doctor took time to explain the before and follow up for Lacey’s care! I’ll definitely refer other people who need pet care!

-This is a survey that we left on Google Reviews regarding P.V.S.- We took our seven-year-old Golden Doodle “Bailey” to a competing veterinarian who diagnosis her with Patella Subluxation (dislocated kneecaps) and he stated that she needed a $10,000 surgery to correct the problem. We were completely devasted by the news, bringing my wife and I to tears. We wanted a second opinion and took her to Pewaukee Veterinary Service where we met with Dr. Jeff Baker who went over Bailey’s medical records and x-rays with a fine-tooth comb. After a thorough exam, he concluded that her knees were fine and offered a different diagnosis that fit the problem our pooch was facing. Dr. Baker took the time and effort to explain in detail what the issue was and he answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. We never felt rushed during the process and he displayed great empathy with the situation we were enduring. He’s a great veterinarian and he’s become our go-to doctor for all of Bailey’s medical needs.

I take my dog to a different vet but came to Pewaukee Vet for a certain kind of vaccine our vet didn t administer. We saw Dr. Amanda and through our conversation got some great insight into my dogs health. Things not discussed with our regular clinic. There may be a possibility of me switching clinics. Everyone we encountered was awesome and my dog was so comfortable with everyone. Great first time visit!!

While I was sad to hear Dr. Carolyn had left the practice, I feel Dr. Mallo is a great addition to the practice. I hope my pet will be able to continue seeing her for a long time to come.

We love how caring and patient the staff is with Fergus. He is a gentle shy guy and the tender approach makes a huge difference. As I don t have child care I also want to thank everyone for being patient with my kids too.

This bears repeating: We drive past several Veterinary Clinics to get to Pewaukee Veterinary Clinic. We have good reasons for this: The friendly/professional staff; and the ability to complete more complicated work on-site (if needed). I would also like to add that 6 years ago I met Dr. Baker - with our old cat (Spartacus). He has such a wonderful demeanor/and a practical approach to a 17-year-old semi-feral guy. THAT won me over. The consistent compassionate care you have given our now 5-year-old cats keep us returning. We are grateful.

A great, comprehensive visit.

Dr Amanda was outstanding, she diagnosed and provided the necessary treatment for my dog. I could not be happier with the care provided by Dr. Amanda!

Dr Glazer and her assistant were outstanding! We have had 2 vets leave so we’re hesitant to have another vet with our pet. She was thorough and welcoming! Our pet was in great hands.

Unfortunately this annual appointment was not like our usual experience the last few years. We were kept waiting longer than usual and we were not aware our appointment was not set up with our normal veterinarian until a different vet walked in. Additionally the already behind appointment felt rushed with our questions answered with very quick, hurried answers. While we understand that appointments can get behind, we did not feel our pet got the normal care experience we are so used to receiving there.

Was there for grooming

This was our first appointment at Pewaukee Vet. Service. The staff was very welcoming and concerned with our kitty s health. All services and treatments were explained in detail and our pet s health was of genuine concern. We look forward to working with Pewaukee Vet. Service in the future.
