We were seen promptly, everyone is kind and friendly. Dr. Megan is very knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. It sure is expensive though.

I really appreciate the clinic. everyone is so caring and friendly and compassionate. I ve never felt so at ease and supported no matter what is happening with my pet. from intersibling fights to palliative care and everything in between, I feel adequately informed and satisfied at the level of concern for our needs and goals and very happy in general. I know no matter what we ll be taken care of and given everything we need. Dr Matt is one of our favorites but really everyone we ve seen and come in contact with have been wonderful. I know I can trust everyone there with my pups well-being.

Me/my husband LOVE the quality of care our Italian Greyhounds receive from PVS. It all starts with a friendly greeting from the front desk staff & continues through to discharge. Thank you for not compromising patient comfort & customer service throughout the years <3

I ve only had 2 visits w/ Dr. Meaghan with my new dog Keira, and so far I am very impressed! She is very upbeat, allows me time to ask all of my questions and answers them with explanations when necessary, seems very genuine, and has a great relationship with my dog. Love her!

I was very impressed with the way crystal explained the procedure to remove Lacey’s problem and I was concerned about how long before her hair would grow back! I was extremely impressed by the doctor took time to explain the before and follow up for Lacey’s care! I’ll definitely refer other people who need pet care!

It would be great if the vet told you they were done with the visit. They always leave and then don t come back and the vet tech or vet assistant comes back and checks me out to finalize the visit. Also, Dr. Matt needs to put a bio on your site! Thank you.

-This is a survey that we left on Google Reviews regarding P.V.S.- We took our seven-year-old Golden Doodle “Bailey” to a competing veterinarian who diagnosis her with Patella Subluxation (dislocated kneecaps) and he stated that she needed a $10,000 surgery to correct the problem. We were completely devasted by the news, bringing my wife and I to tears. We wanted a second opinion and took her to Pewaukee Veterinary Service where we met with Dr. Jeff Baker who went over Bailey’s medical records and x-rays with a fine-tooth comb. After a thorough exam, he concluded that her knees were fine and offered a different diagnosis that fit the problem our pooch was facing. Dr. Baker took the time and effort to explain in detail what the issue was and he answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. We never felt rushed during the process and he displayed great empathy with the situation we were enduring. He’s a great veterinarian and he’s become our go-to doctor for all of Bailey’s medical needs.

I take my dog to a different vet but came to Pewaukee Vet for a certain kind of vaccine our vet didn t administer. We saw Dr. Amanda and through our conversation got some great insight into my dogs health. Things not discussed with our regular clinic. There may be a possibility of me switching clinics. Everyone we encountered was awesome and my dog was so comfortable with everyone. Great first time visit!!
