I was surprised to hear that Dr. Karen was no longer with your practice. Having seen her for several years, it would have been nice to have been informed of her departure. That said, Dr. Carolyn was wonderful and very helpful. I look forward to seeing her in the future for our vet needs.

Dr Tom always does a nice job. My only comment is that your pricing is getting high, $175 for an ear infection is a bit much...

The wait in the exam room a little to long before you see the Vet

Actually we re in the process of looking for a new veterinarian service.Our last bill was $828.00, over half of the bill was for medication,shots,blood work,and prescription food(understandable). The rest of the bill was for services for our 16 Lb dog, and we were there for maybe one hour. So thats $350.00 an hour-That’s ridiculous ! The COST of the senior exam was never mentioned,and we didn’t even agree to the exam. We also received a quote $509.75 - $550.45 for a dental cleaning for our 16 Lb dog,and doesn’t even have all her teeth.That seem very high to me ! Oct. 2014 we paid $196.70 for this service,and she had all her teeth.

I thought the staff was excellent. My only complaint is that I was not given a choice on size of dog food to try for my dog. I did research on Chewy and found the food I purchased at a lower cost and there is a medium and small size bag available, which I would have preferred to try. If I continue to need the food, I will have to buy it online. Since my dog is small in size, a 17.5 lb bag of dog food to try is extreme, especially if we find food is not her problem.

I love this office. Everyone is friendly and caring.

As usual my experience and my pet s experience was excellent. I never worry when I bring my dog to Pewaukee Veterinary. I know we will always get the most utmost care. They treat my pet as if it was one of their own from the time I walk in and am greeted by the reception staff to the techs and doctors.

I was very impressed that Dr. Nick had reviewed the charts, of all three of my pets, prior to our appointment. It made our visit go faster and he knew the things that he had to check for. Anna was awesome. Aziza loved her so much that she was giving her kisses. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur-less babies.

All of the staff was warm, caring, helpful, and kind. The doctor was professional, down-to-earth, explained test results and a treatment plant, and worked well with my sick kitty. Everyone genuinely seemed to care.

I m very happy with the care ,staff and overall experience

I would recommend the practice but would also make it known that it seems to be expensive. More than $800 for 2 dogs annual exams is quite steep and more than I’ve paid anywhere else in the country.

Doctors, technicians, and staff are always so friendly and helpful. We make the drive from New Berlin to stay with Pewaukee Vet!

I was unable to click on the stars from my iPad. I saw Dr. Tom. All our questions and concerns were addressed. We had to wait quite a bit, but the dr. Had an emergency. The vet tech told us and Dr. Tom apologized for the wait. I’ve been squeezed in myself in the past, so I’m o.k. With the wait.

I really appreciated the opportunity to do my dog s annual checkup while he was being boarded. And so impressed that Dr. Kelly called me personally to address my concerns that I had asked about.
