Dr. Kevin was so helpful and thorough when examining my dog, Nikki. He clearly explained how to treat Nikki s kennel cough and let us know the next steps if the antibiotics do not clear everything up.

Dr. Tom Hirth and his staff have been great over the years not only with exceptional pet care but also Dr. Hirth has a great chairside manner. We pet parents greatly appreciate that. Have and will continue to recommend Dr. Hirth and the clinic to family and friends.

Overall, we had an excellent experience at Peawaukee Vet! I have worked in the industry for the bettrr part of 10 years. I appreciate the willingness for allowing me to use medications I obtained for my clinic in order to keep costs down. It was much appreciated that Dr. Nick always called himself when I had any questions. Moose is doing excellent post operatively. I think it is fantastic that you are able to provide advance care to animals without having to go to a specialist. It allows more owners and pets the chance to receive care they may not have elected to do if they had to go to a specialists. Keep up all the great work! Thank you again. Kylie Grimes with Moose

When I saw Dr. Karen I felt like she did a great job doing a full body exam on Hayley who is getting older and arthritic. This exam was ok, but just the basic things were checked...eyes, ears, heart, teeth. No full body physical exam checking her ROM, etc. Her hips seem to be weak and although she s doing well I guess I expected a little more hands on because that s what s happened in the past. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You are very close to my house so it s convenient. I just have an old dog and want to do what s in her best interest as she s my little buddy!

Very pleased with the care provided by Dr Schuett. Appreciated the followup phone call from him the next day.

I especially appreciate Dr. Jeff Baker s detailed and compassionate approach to the care of our cat.

I was pleased to bring our new pup here and find that he was well taken care of. One area of concern would be to have a different type of treat than squeeze cheese in a can. I d never eat that chemical processed cheese myself and I really didn t care that my dog had it. I understand it s a really easy way for the vet to get a handle to administer shots, etc... but perhaps natural liver treats or anything other than processed cheese could be considered. Thank you!

Dr Morgan is the best and I consider myself fortunate to have her available for the treatment of my hunting dog. She has helped him in so many ways and keeps him to top condition.

I really appreciate that Dr. Randy didn t suggest the most expensive fix but was practical and his tech, Katie, helped us navigate the insurance too. Good going!

I have always been more than satisfied with the care and concern that has been given to my pets over the years. You simply can t improve on that. I have always left the clinic with great satisfaction that my concerns were addressed and handled accordingly. I must also comment that I am so happy that Kelly went on to become a veterinarian. Love her.

it is ALWAYS SO HOT in the rooms...very uncomfortable...I mean very..

I felt the doctor used psychological priming a bit to get me to pick the medicine for my pet - for example, do you want this medicine that may cause liver damage or do you want this convenient injection? That is a leading question. In the end, I spent way too much money on medication for an issue that didn t seem like that big a deal. I wish I would have pushed back more and asked if everything prescribed was really necessary, but I want to feel comfortable asking that and not made to feel guilty as if not wanting to spend $500 on my pet means I am abusing or neglecting her.

The staff is great! Dr. Tom is always extremely friendly, and I feel that he genuinely cares about each of his patients. My cat had an allergic reaction to his shot, so I called a few days later. The receptionist was very attentive, and made sure to make a note of the allergy for next time my cat needs the shot. Always a positive experience!

We ve been coming to Dr. Schuett and his staff for 30 years. The service and care has always been top notch. They treat our dogs just like we treat are kids; with lots of care and love. Rut is a 14 year old Rottweiler and remains in good health thanks to everyone, especially Dr. Randy at PVS.

We love it here! They are so caring, helpful, and patient, they treat us like we re the only people there. Dr Randy is the best! We trust them and appreciate the extended hours. I ve recommended PVS a lot.

We absolutely love the care our pets, and we, receive at Pewaukee Veterinary Service. The staff, throughout, is wonderful. Obviously pet lovers; and also very aware of their owners/family and we ve always felt completely cared for from walking in the door to leaving. The Doctors all know their practice and I feel the suggestions of treatment and options given are in the pet s best interest and well being. The numerous treatment options available is exceptional; they don t always recommend surgery! I trust them! Excellent veterinary practice.

We scheduled an appointment for our older dog (Kellie) with Dr. Kellie. Upon arrival, we were told our appointment was with Dr. Nick. Since Dr. Kellie was very familiar with Kellie’s health concerns we were very disappointed. We were told we could come back in 2 hours, but our dog has anxiety concerns as it is, so that was not an alternative for us. Additionally, we asked if we could have blood drawn since we were already at the clinic. Unfortunately, whoever made our initial appointment told us we needed to fast for 12 hours before the blood draw – which was incorrect per Dr. Kellie’s directions. Dr. Kellie wanted the liver panel blood work drawn 2 hours after eating. We rescheduled the appointed but for the first time in our 16 years going to Pewaukee Vet were disappointed with the process. We have the ultimate respect for Dr. Jeff and appreciate his dedication to our dogs over the past 16 years. Dr. Kellie has wonderfully taken over our dogs care as Jeff starts to reduce hours. We hope/believe this is a “one-time” issue. One suggestion, it is great that you text clients to Confirm upcoming appointments; however, in the future maybe you could add more information to the text – e.g., Doctor’s name and any special instructions for specific blood draws, etc. Thanks!

I really appreciate the fact that you have hours outside of normal working hours. Everyone that dealt with my pet and I was friendly and patiently answered all my questions.

Dr Carolyn always does a fantastic job with Esme. We wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else for our pets health.

Due to appointment mishap, I had to wait 45 min. for a vet, and my elderly pet got too keyed up, so that the complete exam was not possible. I now need to come back to try again.
