I recently changed vet clinics to one that would be more accommodating to my anxious cat. The staff was so helpful and kind to my cat. She did great with the exam, too. I appreciate the help getting her semi-relaxed with meds ahead of time. I was offered solutions not available at my last clinic. Thank you!

The one thing that would change is the congestion at the front door. If someone is standing there, it is hard to get in the door. It is a very anxious moment for all involved.

My usual vet couldn t/wouldn t get our cat in for nearly a week and we ve been going there for 5 years. Dr Hedges and staff got us in the next morning. He genuinely cares about your pet and doesn t price gouge you. We now have a new Vet.They didn t even have an open appt but put us in anyway. Thanks Doc & staff.

Suggestion: adding non slip mat to rooms for large dogs who cannot go onto the table. My dog is old and those slippery floors in the rooms make her more anxious and uncomfortable.
