Wonderful first time experience with your vet hospital! Arrived to appointment and someone was outside to help us right away, was given a time frame to expect and it was kept as described which never happens! Dr. Bagshaw (sp?) was great, he explained everything and answered all my questions. Was especially pleased that the lights were kept off inside the room to keep my cat calm, really appreciated that. The rest of the staff were great as well. Thank you so much!!

I took my dog for an emergency visit for a open sore on her leg. The staff and veterinarian were amazing. They took such good care of my dog and I really recommend them to anyone. I am thinking of switching to them permanently.

The young lady - African American technician....Candace...? was extremely helpful nd most professional ! Definitely a person that is in the right job dealing with clients. I really wish I could recall her name - my recollection is that her name did begin with the letter C .

The staff is always welcoming and our dog Mia loves to go there. Even though our appointment was delayed slightly I didn’t mind but the staff still apologized and gave me a Dunkin card for the inconvenience. We changed vets due to service and have been very happy here

Survey could be misleading with poor and excellent on top of yes or no. I put yes, very happy with WAH, don t want it to be marked as poor. My sister and I are always very happy with everyone at the Wilmington Animal Hospital. Our last visit was saying goodbye to our beloved tiny little dog with a great big heart, Irie. We were all really taken great care of, given lots of time to say our goodbye to her and they just made the difficult time so much easier to handle. Special thanks to Dr. Werkeiser and Erica for really being there for us and handling Irie with such tender, loving, care. Just love all of the people over there.

Dr. Globerman gave kind, professional expert care in person and during phone conversations. DT. Feldman called me to discuss labs. Both were patient and thorough as I asked many questions. I drive 2 hours to come there ans it is worth every mile! Bella and Tuxker are delighted as well! We all thank you!

We went to your facility a long time ago with Dr. Phillips who was wonderful! The only reason we went someplace else is that a friend owned the Vet clinic. Now we are back with WAH - they fit us in immediately for an exam with our dog who was having stomach troubles - we really appreciate the same day service! Dr. Hanna (sp?) was wonderful, staff was wonderful - we are pleased to have you as our regular vet now for our 2 dogs!

This was my cats first visit to the office. Though we had to drop him off and return later, the vet and techs were very open about what was happening. They answered all of my questions and even reviewed his paperwork from another vet. Considering this was an urgent visit, the staff helped put my wife and I at ease about his diagnosis and treatment plan. The office called me today to check up on my cat. I’ve never had a vet office do that before. I am nothing short of impressed with the service received.

Hunter only has his nails done but he was happy when he came out so I figure the tech was good to him
