Dr. Ladman is our favorite vet. She and the vet techs, reception staff and everyone on staff are exceptional.

Everyone at WAH is always efficient, courteous and cheerful. Don’t change anything! Kudos to all staff.

I didn’t speak to reception when making my appt - I did it online. However, reception has always been kind and helpful any time I’ve needed to call.

We have been taking our dogs to WAH for about 15 years. We have always received very good care by all of the staff from doctors to the folks when we have needed to board our dog. Big thanks was the compassion they had and showed when we had to put down on of our dogs. The process was well done and we much appreciated that.

Dr. Ladman spent a good deal of time with us and we appreciate her attention and care.

My rottweiler has severe anxiety issues and Dr. Werkiser was very good with her. She was also in contact several times before and after her check up to make sure my dog had everything she needed.

They took extra care to bring my sick pets directly in from the car so that no other pets in the waiting room would be exposed to their illness. Also appreciated that the doctor did not want to give them their rabies shots because they were sick. She said come back after they are well.
