Our dog is very afraid to get her nails clipped and has to be sedated. The technician did a great job handling our dog through the nail clipping process.

Dr. Werkheiser and the technician were very thorough and compassionate with Sherlock. The dog s behavior indicated how safe and cared for he was. I am impressed by the changes Wilmington An. Hospital has made in the past few years. After having some really bad experiences at the hospital in years past I am impressed by the turn around. The staff is much more compassionate and customer service friendly. I am more comfortable taking my pets to them knowing they have their well being at heart.

I cannot imagine bringing my pet anywhere else! Between the complicated health issues and our pet s anxiety, there has ALWAYS been kind and sensitive treatment for her. I learn something new every time we have an apt - all of the staff are that good. Know that you get a perfect score!!

Best staff & doctors ever!

Dr. Globerman and the vet techs were so gentle and caring and thorough in diagnosing my dog’s injury (wolf spider bite). The treatment of antibiotic and pain medicine seems to have sped up the healing process and his follow-up appointment was very encouraging. One more quick visit to make sure it’s ok for him to be finished with the clavamox. Thank you. We are big fans of WAH and have been bringing our various pets there for more than 37 years!!

Everyone is so caring at WAH. I love being able to ask questions and make appointments on line. The online store to purchase heartworm & tick meds is a great convenience too.
