I think ARK is great! Compassionate, understanding, very knowledgeable and a great hospital. I would totally recommend them. The doctor here is sweet and did sn amazing job with My Maggie dog. I am so appreciate. Even though it costs us a lot it def fair snd cheaper then the east henrietta emergency place.

I was very impressed with Dr. Christy. She was very helpful with a difficult situation.

it was 30 min before a Tech came into the exam room which I assume will get better as the office grows. Staff and Doctor were thorough and very courteous and am pleased that I transferred our two here.

I feel confident bringing my “girls” to your office for their care. I have already learned more at my appointments at Ark than at previous vets. Other vets mentioned tartar but none until today ever suggested I could do something to prevent/delay (esp. in the case of the little girls)having a problem. Even for the 7-year old I was taught how to clean her teeth to prevent further buildups, esp. once she has her teeth cleaned. So, THANK YOU, EVERYONE at Ark!

From what I understand, I was the first emergency call to the newly opened facility. I watched the building construction as I drove by every day and just by coincidence I needed my dog to be seen immediately, on the same day that they opened for business. They got me in the same day (when my regular vet said they could see me in 4 days), gave my dog an evaluation, prescribed some treatment with a great explanation of what was wrong and how we were going to treat it, and sent us on our way. The treatment worked very well and very quickly which is exactly what he needed. ARK has followed up with a phone call to make sure he was improving, and all of this a a cost that was less than a typical visit to our regular vet. I would say my previous vet because I have now switched to ARK permanently.
