Great place to take your pet. We will be back

We were so glad we got an appointment on a Saturday so quickly when we called on Sat morning. It only took us about a half hour to get into the vet. After that everything went very quickly. The vet and the tech were very friendly and quickly explained why Gibbs had his bloody stools. Gibbs is not the friendliest cat with strangers but he was very good with the Dr. and after two shots we were on our way home. Thank you so much for all your help.

Everyone was great and my antisocial dog was surprisingly calm. That in and of itself says a lot for the staff!

As the vet service has grown, so has the waiting time for making appointments. We are happy for the growth and will work at making appointments earlier.

My only complaint (and not really a major complaint) would be that I was told our appointment was at 4:30pm on the 17th, and whomever booked the appointment at the clinic put us in for 3:30 on their books, so we were an hour late, thinking we were right on time. I always re-iterate appointment times as I write it on our calendar just to confirm date & time. But Dr Leaky still made time for us, which was greatly appreciated! My dogs were taken care of and everything worked out fine - even with the miscommunication snafu. And even though our dogs were wildly vocal while there, the staff was very kind and helpful, even holding the leash of one of them while I paid our bill.

Everything was great. My old man dog is doing much better.

We recently moved from San Antonio to Canyon Lake and was referred by Boerne Stage Road veterinarian office. We were really happy to meet and have Dr Hale and have him care for our 2 cats. The staff was outstanding!!

The only issue was the aggressive dog waiting in front, it scared us and our dog.
