Why is it that the techs always ask if I want blood tests, X-rays, etc. before my pet is examined and the symptoms and/or situation is reviewed by the doctor and the doctor has examined my pet?? It is my opinion that the doctor should at least do a preliminary evaluation/examination and recommend tests as needed to confirm any diagnosis. To ask questions (that I am not qualified to answer) prematurely is very frustrating

Dr. Brad and his team did a wonderful job not only caring for my cat, but also with explaining and answering all of my questions! The front desk staff was wonderful to work with as well, very friendly when talking on the phone and in office! Overall, an excellent place to bring your pet!

Our wait was long waiting for the Dr however I was made aware before we arrived that the schedule was packed. Dr. B also mentioned it during the appointment. All of the staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Dr B took his time to listen and provide suggestions. Both Diamond and I were comfortable and satisfied with the experience.

Our first visit to your office. It was fantastic!

Doc and Vet tech needed to slow down. I felt rushed and felt several different vaccine options were thrown at me with no documentation or explanation and felt overwhelmed. Also my dog was extremely store for 2 days after her shot, the first night we couldn’t even touch her without her yelping in pain. Front of house/receptionists were wonderful! On the phone when I called to schedule she was patient and answered my questions and in person were very welcoming and kind.

Tech maybe running late. My dog skiddish No initial attempt to meet/greet dog First approach to obtain ear swabs no intro second approach drawing blood x2 Treats out on 2nd attempt. Muzzled p growl l understand. Dog removed from presence for exam went better. I like your clinic Initial rapport building may or may not have made a difference given my dog but I would have appreciated the attempt
