The service was great and the cost was a fraction of the “big city” vets. Highly recommend

I am extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism from all the staff. It can be difficult leaving our furry friends to go into their appointments on their own, but I felt very comfortable leaving Chuckie in your capable hands.

Great service! Set aside extra time to replace stitches and was able to move our regular annual visit up 3 days so we didn’t have to return until the stitches had healed completely. We have before and will always suggest PVC to our friends!

During this pandemic it would be nice if customers could be given the option of maybe a facetime type appointment so that pet owners would be able to view how are pets are being cared for and how they are responding to their visit without mom or dad with them. This would also allow customers to feel confident that the treatment that was done on their pet coincides with what was billed.

The only reason why things were marked lower was due to not being able to be in the room with my pet due to Covid-19 restrictions

Everyone was very nice. And very informative on letting me know everything that was happening in there when I couldn t be there. The lady s loved my kitty too. Really made me smile!

Thankful you were able to get my dog in the same day that I called. I feel like her care was top priority for you and I was provided with care options that worked well for her. An employee, Nancy, also went above and beyond to drop off a Rx I had forgotten.

It is hard to really answer many of your questions when you aren t even in the building. It took longer, and lost calls. I know you are doing what you have to, but it isn t a good experience when you have curbside pickup.

I wish you would be able to be in the room with our babies

I saw Dr. Kuhle for the first time this visit. I ve always worked with Dr. Brad and was upset not to be able to see him but figured I would give another Dr. a try. I felt that the $40 physical exam was extremely lacking, checking eyes and ears was all that she said she did over the phone and it was a very quick exam. I expect a physical exam to really go over a dog and check many different things. I felt she was a little nitpicky on certain things. I would like to go back with the dogs while wearing a mask instead of sitting in the car, I think this would help the exam go better and be more extensive. I don t think it s a vet job to make anyone feel bad about the way they choose to take care of their pet and I wish she was a little more cheery and sensitive to that. I really love Dr. Brad though.

I will hate the fact we can’t get in to do anything That it is all over the phone I really feel it took away from the care

I was surprised I was able to get my cat in the same day I called, I know that doesn’t always happen, but it worked out well. The staff was very nice and the COVID related protocols were very reasonable. There was no push for me to spend extra money on anything and when offered x rays for my cat, the doctor was straight forward about the cost which is very refreshing. The bill was also less expensive than I expected which is always nice. I look forward to working with you in the future!

I do miss being able to come in with my pets for their appointments.

We always get the best care. Dr. Heather is kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I recently moved to Pulaski Vet Clinic with all my cats and dogs. Unfortunately I ve had to bring them in alot this year for uncontrollable reasons but have been more than happy with how quick they respond back if I call with questions or need to book an apt. My dog has super bad allergies and I ve had the best help with all the Dr s at Pulaskis clinic to taking steps to help me keep him comfortable. They did wonderful on his surgery this year. I have a cat that got a tail injury and again I got in quick with nothing but the best care for my loveable pets. I highly recommend Pulaski Vet Clinic!!

Could see the the office facility for cleanliness, but the outside was very acceptable. Thank you all for taking such good care of my baby. So grateful you were able to get her in so quickly for surgery.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Very well organized an efficient. If I had one suggestion it would be the audio in the exam room was fairly difficult to hear. I am certain that is was due to the call being in speaker phone with masks on. Just wanted to mention in case there is any opportunity to make any improvements assuming the curbside service continues for a number of months.

Our dog was in for a grooming appointment. He didn’t meet with doctor. He went in scruffy and came out a handsome dapper fella. Christine was top notch!!! Other than booking so far out, (over a month), the experience was and has always been great! ??
