When someone calls and they need to see a Dr.. There should be an on call Dr. for emergencies.

Because it was a curbside visit, have no idea of the cleanliness, but I was always satisfied in the past. Hope to return to in-office visits. My dog is so sensitive. . . she is fine in behavior in the office exam, but she did not like the separation from me, her alpha. Because of the separation experience I was worried that she would get sick and she did. My vote is to return to normal in lobby service with the ability to be with my pet in the exam. Take temps and have mandatory masks if you must!

This is the first time I experienced the new protocol due to COVID. It worked very smoothly.

As a first time client, curbside was done as well as possible, however, I think I would have had more questions answered with an in person visit.

Even though the procedure was changed due to covid virus, the experience was a good one. I was able to communicate with the vet and get questions answered.

Due to the Pandemic, I was unable to accompany my pets into the offices; however, I appreciated the DVM calling me on my cellphone to talk with me while she looked my dog over. The office has always been clean in the past, but I can t say it was or wasn t for this visit. They re doing the best they can to keep their staff and clients safe and healthy. I appreciate them!

You made me feel very comfortable and cared for my pets more than any other place i have been.

When quoting prices be sure they are accurate and are reflected on the invoice as such. My invoice had quite a bit of incorrect information on it. It was easily fixable except the overcharge with a phone call.

Can’t wait for face to face appointments. Dr Brad and staff had excellent communication and treatment for our sick puppy. Same day appointment and they recognized need for rapid treatment. Got appointment right away. Changed from afternoon to morning due to symptoms. Thank you. Winston is recovering and doing great!
