I was really worried about taking my dog to an appt during the virus outbreak but was really pleased with how they had things set up.

I was given a prescription for my dog. I wish they would have asked if I had pill pockets or told me how to give him pills. With everything that is going on, I m unable to just run to the store. They were wonderful as always, and their new system with social distancing is very well executed and extremely professional.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment and was met outside by staff member. Was questioned as to why I didn t call & was told I was sent a message about curbside only service. Checked my phone log and showed her I never received one. I understand the current situation & the office did their best to accommodate to the best of their ability. Please review your messaging system to ensure people are better informed.

It was a relief to bring my dog to a vet that she was not afraid of! She has had some traumatizing vet visits in then past and her attitude was way different with the staff here.

Amazing experience from the front end staff through the end. Very caring, and thorough staff and we are happy we made our appointment. We will return with other pets.

Dr. Don Burno and his technician (I think it was Danielle), were so kind and compassionate with my two elderly cats and me. They took all the time in the world with us, answered all our questions, and addressed my concerns. I am very thankful for their empathy and care.

I came in without an appointment on a Monday morning for my dog Drake which had cut himself the day before. The staff immediately got him in even with a fully booked schedule. I can t say enough good things about your facility and will be coming back!

Along with a great experience, the facility is staffed and has current equipment for all your pet’s needs. Would recommend to all my friends.

Possible back or side door entrance and exit for people that are bringing in a furry family member for a end of life situations.
