I cant thank the Pulaski Vet team enough for fitting Parker in same day. We have been so worried about him and despite being beyond booked, they made sure he was taken care of, kept me updated and followed up the next day. We are always impressed with each visit, but I cant even begin to tell you how grateful we are for the extra efforts the team puts in to make sure out little beast is healthy and we are informed.

I love the care that u gave my pet. And the prices are far and not outrageous. I will keep coming out there for all my pets. Thank u for everything u guys do.

Good professional team

Heather was very unprofessional during this visit. She never addressed my question I asked the vet tech. During the exam she made the comment that my dog was 6-7 lbs overweight I asked why she thought that when we were just there a couple of months ago, she weighed 0.9 lbs more than she did that day as we were just there 2 months ago. At that time, I was informed that she could maybe lose a 1-2 lbs, but shouldn t be too concerned about it. Heather then became very defensive and stated well, it s a vets preference. I was curious since we were at the same vets office, I would think just as a DR. they d all have the same preference on what an animal should weigh when they re feeling around on the dog when they re doing an exam. She was short and ended the exam. Never asked if I had additional questions, or needed anything else. The vet tech was very nice and friendly, she came back and asked if I needed anything else.

Don’t have me make my appointment for 9:45 and make me wait until 10:00 while 4 people walk in after me and go right in.

The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Everything was explained clearly as the exam went along and we didn t wait at all.

The clinic is always helpful and works with our schedules. They treat our dogs like their own pets.

Dr Brad is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He explains things and gives options for treatment. The nurses are great with my dogs, making them comfortable giving them treats and lots of pets. Everyone from the time you walk in to the time you walk out is professional, helpful and friendly.

I seemed to wait a long time before the doctor came in the room and that made me and my dogs anxious. It also took a long time for the vet tech to prepare my paperwork. I’ve never had to wait that long either time in any past appointments and hope that isn’t going to happen in the future.
