Ladies up front are always super friendly and accommodating! I love Dr. Dean!! He took extra time with our older dog to explain everything, suggestions to help, and the whys and ways to move forward! North Valley is the best!!

The Dr and staff were amazing! Very kind and the Dr was very patient and kind in answering all my questions. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Love Dr Dean but struggling with spending $2000.00 to remove a couple skin tags.

A lot of people don t like to be honest with surveys they feel like it will be passed on to them in a negative Way, I was very happy I could get in to get my dog an allergy shot. I did have to wait for back staff to come get him after 2 times and a phone call by front staff to tell them that I was There, when they came to get him she seemed very irritated at me, your front staff Said I was wondering why it was talking so long the truth in that story is that the front staff didn t want to call the back staff the 2nd or 3rd time because they were afraid of them getting mad at them. I have been in management a long time That s not great knowing there s that sense of non team going on. The Dr is Great I do wish you weren t so expensive I know things are bad I was surprised that your prices are More expensive then Vegas. Again I like the Care you give my Dog I appreciate your office just wanted to pass that info to you.

Thank you for taking care of my dog for an emergency visit. The doctor spent more time with my dog than what a MD would spend with their patient.

Scheduled Appoint I always come early but it seems I have to wait longer to be seen....Froze last Appointment was very cold in the examination room waiting for Dr..

We love Dr Dean and pray that he finds help in his practice for an additional vet doctor. We also love the staff...so friendly.
