I always am happy when I bring one of my precious babies for an appt. This was a med refill and a grooming for my Lula. Her grooming was done in a very timely manner, and I know her breed is not the easy groom. She was nicely done and had been able to be rid of a lot of her excess fur and undercoat. We were very pleased with their services. Thank you all.

Great vet, great service, highly recommended! The only reason I gave 3 stars on the first question is because I waited to long to make my babygirl an appointment and wished I could ve gotten in sooner.

We just moved to Manhattan a few weeks ago and did a lot of research to find the right vet for our dogs. After our first visit, we are incredibly happy with Animal Doctor and appreciate the time and care that was put in to make our first visit easy. We look forward to Animal Doctor caring for our fur babies.

Communication was always very prompt and they were very willing to work with me to get her scheduled. I also really appreciated the staffs willingness to add additional diagnostics on request (put up with me) when my cat had something new come up on her blood work. I feel like my opinion and desires are always respected and honored.

5 stars, they are great with both of our dogs but they are very respectful of Vala and we sure appreciate them

We have been very happy with the care shown our two dogs and us.

The vet tech who first saw my two cats was clearly uncomfortable with cats and it didn’t go well. Another tech was brought in and she was much better and able to calmly hold my pets for the dr. Dr. Iseman was amazing.

Dr. Wacker was wonderful and explained all the options to treat Tucker.

Both are dogs possibly have had reactions to medicine from visit Wed. Morty has lump on neck and Hank in lot of pain where shot was given. We will call in morning to discuss this. Thnx Ryan McKee

The staff was very friendly and the doctor helped me make a decision to get my dog the surgery she needs. I appreciate being able to get it done quickly.

I am always very pleased with the service from making the appointment to checking out.

My dog will hopefully be getting a surgery to relieve discomfort and in her senior years I appreciate that.

Starting off the tech came in and immediately got swabs which i understand. however she did not ask us any questions regarding why we were there or history for the issue. did not take a TPR. after she came in she immediately said that the ear was a hematoma. which it was not, she has had several untreated hematomas in the past before we rescued her and now has a scarred ear which we know and could ve conveyed if the tech had taken time to ask us about the dog especially since we had never been there. once the doctor came in she never did a full exam on the dog. she actually didnt even look in her ears (reason we were there) until halfway through the appointment when we expressed issues with seeing the dogs ear drum and it piqued the doctor’s interest. we payed an exam fee for a new patient and the dog was not even fully looked over. unsure how SOAP records were filled as her eyes, oral health, joints, and heart/lung sounds were unevaluated. We also never received results on the cytology for the ear swabs which was nearly 1/4 of the cost of the appointment. the vet said “im sure there is all bacteria and yeast” which while it may be true it should at least be looked at before saying that to the client. While the staff was nice and the facility was neat and we did not have any issues getting the appointment or waiting, I was highly unimpressed with the tech and the doctor. even after expressing that me and my wife are vet techs, we were talked to like we didn’t know what was going on with our dog.
