Please get me in on time. I also felt like a lot of time was spent telling me I had to pay before I left and not as much attention given to my pets issues. And it did not seem like providers talked to each other. Overall pretty dissatisfied.

I wish you guys had payment plans because sometimes times are hard and when one of our pets have an unexpected emergency it s hard to pay hundreds of dollars right up front. The vet we had in beaverton did payment plans and it was very convenient. Other than that companion has been a great place and you can tell everyone cares greatly for our fur babies. Thank you.

Most of the staff was very helpful. The care provided to our pet was outstanding.

I liked that the staff went over ways to help save $$ and taking care of us. I really didn t expect that!

Even though you where under construction, it was a pleasant experience. Although, Redford was a little uncomfortable. He got over it.

Even though my first visit was very hard as our beautiful lab had to be put to sleep, Dr. Wilson and his staff were amazing. Dr. Wilson referred us to SOVC in Medford, and he got us in the same day. I am going to be changing to have Dr. Wilson provide care to our other dog.

Everyone was very friendly. All procedures were explained and I was given a choice of treatments. I did not feel pressured to do the ideal treatment but rather educated on the benefits. Thank you for your concern for my pet!

The place has changed a bit in the past couple of years. It appears it is more about making money (selling meds) than taking care of pets and people. Office staff is great, as is Dean Wilson. I will stick with him only from now on.

This was a strange situation, where the dog did not get her pills in the correct time frame before the appointment, so could not get blood work done (my mistake), and the cat was in for a quick dental check and she was fine. Everyone was pleasant and on top of their game for the first appointment of the day. Did not see the veterinarian, but there was really no reason to in this case. I remain a happy customer, and will see you next week when I have my ducks in a row.

I come from Eugene just to use this clinic....very informative and friendly staff and good prices..oh yeah my sister lives in Kfalls, so when I come to visit I usually see one of the vets..not always by choice but they always get me in right away and take care of the problem.

Your office people and Vets are the absolute best.

Dr. Hill and the staff were wonderful!

I appreciated the initial call after Ruby s procedure but the young lady couldn t answer my questions about symptoms of concern - and she didn t offer to have me talk to someone who could - her goal seemed to be the call itself, not to address concerns or questions.

I would rather have the contract in front of me instead of electronic and just read to me. My husband said that he didn t want to have the full comprehensive panel blood tests done at $132.00, just what was on the list for $72.00, because of the age of the dog. It wasn t explained that for the thyroid he requested it would cost more. When I picked Buddy up I was expecting to pay around or under $400.00, not $464.50. I think that if the paper had been in front of him, detailed, it wouldn t have cost us quite so much. Also, when I picked Buddy up he had a soft wrap on his hock and I was told that he really needed to not bend this so that it could heal. Really? How can he walk without bending his hock? I had to take him back on Saturday because he licked the bandage and brought it down on his leg. He had also been bleeding from about the time I brought him home. We found out that one of his stiches had pulled loose and they put in a staple to help hold it. He was brought out to me with a hard splint and wraped from just below the knee to the foot and this seems to have worked a lot better. I really don t think I should have had to pay $20.00 when I feel that should have been done this way in the first place. Otherwise, I love the staff and Dr s at the clinic and will keep coming back because you all show your love for the animals and I really appreciate that.

Everything was fine. Chrissy2 is minus about 6 teeth and I am minus an arm and a leg.
