These are trying times, and your covid-19 response is creative. There should be a bench for folks waiting outside. The phone number should be in larger print reminding folks to c all in. The person making the appointment should be noted so I am not asked who I talked to when trying to check in for my appointment . If you are already billing folks for services rendered, then all should be billed to cut down the need to handle cash, and further limit these unnecessary interactions. Thank you

I have been coming to Companion since 2002. I only go somewhere else if I have to, for whatever reason. I am very happy with Dr.Wilson and his staff.

I have always been treated with respect and the wait is usually not very long, I do make an appointment, since my Pet has a specific disease.

I suggest all paperwork be completed before whatever procedure so the pet can be ushured thru the lobby quickly without any disruption to other patients who are waiting

My appt was at 4:00. I was asked to come in early to do paper work. There was an emergency so I didnt get in till nearly 5pm. I wasnt told their was an emergency until I asked. Communication is everything. Should have been told my wait would be long from the beginning. My time is valuable too and I would suggest having a discount for appts that cause 30 plus minutes. I also thought the communication emails were lovely but the pet2vet site link for Android didnt work and never did find the app. Someone ought to check into that and update your emails so they are correct. Doctor Jennifer and Meghan were very kind and seemed to take an amazing amount of time answering my questions and concerns. Loved the eraseboard that welcomed my dog. Nice detail! Also liked that I was given printed estimate for procedure with high and low prices and the explaination of the difference. Felt I could make an informed decision. Very impressed with this office.

I would suggest when someone calls for a quote to get an animal spayed your staff tell the client that the cost for the spay does not include pain meds. I had been quoted $50 for the kitten spay but then was informed it didnt include pain meds once we got there which means it was actually $76 out the door which i was not expecting.

I had an appointment at 1:30 which the receptionist seemed to have trouble finding despite the fact that I had received numerous emails, texts and phone reminders. My biggest complaint however is that we had to wait more than an hour to be called in. Your staff is friendly, so no complaints there, but the long wait was offsetting.

Doctor Dean Wilson was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. My pups were well taken care of. I was nervous about my pups being put under anesthesia and I appreciate the doctor and staff making me feel so comfortable and giving me updates. Only suggestion I have is to have an after number to be able to talk to staff about care of pups after surgery.

It is always nice to hear your pet was a GOOD boy or girl in the back getting treatment. He always gets a compliment and I really LIKE that. I want him or be a good boy!

I brought my dog in for surgery after he was gord by a deer. That went well, but a few days later he started coughing. I took him and my other dog in right away. I was told he got the cough while he was there. Now I was told I didn t have to pay for the office visit, which I appreciate, but it cost me over a hundred dollars to have my dogs treated. I m upset. It doesn t seem fare.

I appreciate the care and explanation we received by Dr. Haney. Even though it wasn t what we wanted to hear. She showed us compassion and cared about our feelings for our dog.
