The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr was so warm and kind to my scared doggie. I like that she met him down in his level for his exam and treatment. I love The Markham Animal Clinic location and staff.

Re: question 5 - the initial charge quoted for Simparica was extremely high. I know from past experience that Markham will price match to 1-800-petmeds. I asked for the adjustment and it was made resulting in a substantial savings. I understand you must operate on very small margins but the initial charge was exceedingly high. On another note Dr. Denise provided the services and she was EXCELLENT! She is the best vet we have had since Dr. Jack retired. Dr. Denise noted things that have never been mentioned before. I hope she remains with you for a long time!

I love how the receptionist calls the next day to make sure my cat is doing well. I love the attention and care given. Awesome!!
