The checkout procedure needs some help. I think the people who are usually at the check-out desk were at lunch and those doing the check-out hadn t been adequately trained. Several of us had to wait a very long time to pay and leave.

Always ask us if we need prescription food or refills on meds. We forget a lot and could use a reminder.

Appointment was for 11am, didn t see vet until 11:30. Too long of a wait.

It was wonderful that you provided me with the estimated cost sheet for the surgery for my cat. Thank you!

We are survivors from the Paradise Camp Fire and needed our lab Molly s nails trimmed. We stopped by and they said sure bring her in. The Ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. We waited just a few minutes and they took her right in. They did a great job. Thank you, we think we found our new vet office for Molly. It was a great experience.

I m assuming if I was an ecisting patient and set an appt for a pet physical, the receipt and doctor s notes would spevify that. When I went to the initial appt, which is always a physical, please include that in your system so I can see that on the billing receipt. Example: Initial visit physical. (Why? My apt complex requires proof of physical every year for pets and I need to be able to show this.)

We have always received excellent care at Lebanon Animal Hospital. I would still suggest they have one desk to check clients in, one desk to check out. Also have outside calls answered by someone other than person dealing with clients and their pets checking in or out.

Lebanon Animal Hospital is very professional giving each animal and their owner quality care they deserve. The Veterinarians are the best. Their whole staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this Animal Hospital.

Wait time seems to always be an issue, usually I have to wait at least a half an hour past my appointment time. Dr. Sarah is an excellent doctor, we are always happy with her service. It seems LAH over books on a regular basis since the wait time is always long regardless of which doctor we see. Again, I have nothing but praise for Dr. Sarah.

Provide great animal medical care!

Just a little frustrating to wait 45 minutes to get a toe nail trim with a dog the doesn t want to be there and is old and scared.
