Close to two hours to get two shots in 5 minutes. I changed schedules I thought to help out. Almost had to leave. It will be better next time I am sure!

Dr Sarah was awesome! I brought in my pup that was having an allergic reaction and was having breathing issues. I was able to make one quick phone call and get her in. I’ve been a client for years and this is why I return!

I love Lebanon Animal Hospital. Their staff and Veterinarians are excellent and go beyond caring for my animals. They treat them with respect and gentleness always. I highly recommend them.

I was frustrated with the communications between myself as the client, the vet, the assistant, and the receptionist. The vet answered questions i had about a quote for my dogs tooth extraction, i verified what the vet said with the assistant, then when i took that info to the receptionist she disagreed with me so she checked with the vet who told her different from what i was told.

We used this vet in the past when we are in the area. We have always had a good experience here. Wgen our little chi broke every bone in her foot, these guys took great care of her. This time we just had the annual check up and shot and rx for trifexis for both chi s.

The only issue I have personally is the lack of communication. We waited 40 minutes past our appointment time before we seen the doctor. If you just have the receptionist keep the patients updated every once in awhile so we don t feel like we are forgotten. I personally wouldn t mind the wait if I knew why we re waiting so long . Thank you for the compassion and the top care for our animals. We love you all, you re really awesome!!!!??

Dr. did not perform a complete basic physical exam. Seemed to lack knowledge regarding this species of mammal. My pet seemed to me to be in decline. I called the next day concerned about whether she was suffering and immediate next steps. Was told the dr. would call me when free. I never received a call. My pet mouse passed away the next day.I m afraid she suffered. Her heart was slowly beating but she could not do more than wiggle her legs for almost 2 days b4 she died. Very painful for me to see.
