Sara thank you, today our family celebrated with you, our pet successfully treated for a level 4 murmur one year later, he is thriving after an emergency visit lasted into the night. She never left his side, they met when he was 12 was. old. He is now 9 yrs. Plus an extra one, thanks team Veilbig!

I came in with a sick cat.was nice they were able to see him that day. I new I would need antibiotics and maybe steroids for him. They asked what my limit for services was. I said $500. I was charged $500 and maybe a bit more. Had I known I d be charged to the max I would have said $100 or $200. They took x-rays. I never saw, so how do I know they even took it? And blood work, $200 worth. No explanation of what it was or the results. Nothing on the paperwork. The office staff was nice. But that was about it. $54 for cat food, that s why I do it myself. And know I have a huge bill to pay off. Would have liked more interaction with the Doctor. My cat still sounds a little bit raspy, but I m afraid to go back. Can t afford another $500 bill. Just feeling frustrated because my cat needed prescription meds and know I m stressed and broke. Just would have liked more information and interaction.

Dr. Was thorough in her explanations regarding my dog’s health problems and the options for her. Very satisfied with the outcome of the visit. I paid a pretty penny for this service, and am wondering why you no longer offer a senior discount.

Wait time seemed extremely long especially since we could see several staff standing around chatting. The Dr was knowledgeable, explained labs to me. Didn’t see the little sign about senior discounts until I was leaving. This was my second visit with this little cat (had been dumped). The discount would have helped…I’m on social security and have already spent over $600 on her. My brother and his wife were keeping her until I could be sure she wasn’t sick with something my other indoor cats could get.
