I think my only request would be that when I bring tippy in, if she could see the same veterinarian each time. I do understand that my panic/anxiety/fear need to get her in yesterday appointments can not always accommodate that request, and it s not that one veterinarian is better than another. It s just that given tippy s age (almost 21) I am very aware that each day is a blessing so, when that time comes, I would just feel a little better if the last needle she gets came from someone tippy herself is familiar with and hopefully somewhat trusts. And also someone who I myself trust enough to be able to hear they re common sense logic above my emotional attachment. My biggest fear with tippy is that my unwillingness to let her go is going to cause her pains that I will be blind to.

I was happy with the service for my cats. However my cat that had her surgery was very uncomfortable. Her surgical onesie was put on incorrectly and was causing her a lot of discomfort. It was done up to tight and her fur was all pushed in the wrong direction underneath.

My situation was deemed non-emergent at the time I called in. Had that assessment been incorrect the 3 week wait time for an appointment could have been detrimental to my horse s well being. Having said that I also realize the clinic is very busy & the staff are doing their best under the circumstances.
