The bill was not really explained in detail. The assistant took time to explain post visit medical care that was required. Service as good but pricey.

The clinic staff is so helpful & very friendly ! Have never had a bad experience and they always take the time to help you understand everything and get your pet the best care !

One thing I have noticed is that, more often than not, when I call on the phone I am placed on hold. I have been forgotten on hold once or twice, and have had to hang up and call back. I am not sure if this could be changed, because I think in store customers should come first before phone calls. However, it is a bit of a problem when you call an establishment and begin to expect that they will immediately put you on hold. So far though, we have had a good experience with Barr North.
