The staff was amazing. This is my first pet I have owned as an adult and had to find a vet for my kitten. They had a coupon for her initial checkup to make sure she is healthy and it was easy to get in. They were busy so the appointment was out a little but I planned for that so it was not unexpected being she was a Christmas kitty. All in all a very good experience and we will be returning for all of our needs with the vet and daycare.

I have complete trust in the competence of the vets, techs, and other staff. This includes medical care as well as general handling and treatment of the animals- which includes our beloved Otis. :-)

We had a curbside visit only, which was fine. Courteous staff, Dr. Olson patiently answered all our questions.

It was a good first visit consider the need to have to stay in my Jeep and not be with my dog.

The receptionist, Valerie, was very kind and helpful and got us right in and even called with a cancellation so we could come in sooner. Deb, the vet tech, was also super helpful and kind. Very thorough in explaining all our charges, etc. Dr Soderberg was also very kind and thorough with her discussion of treatment and follow up. Very happy with visit.

Dr. York is always caring, helpful, and explains everything.

Wasn t able to go into the facility due to Covid but they are always well cleaned. Dr. York always does a wonderful job with Lily. Lily loves coming to visit everyone at ZimmVet.
