The receptionist, Valerie, was very kind and helpful and got us right in and even called with a cancellation so we could come in sooner. Deb, the vet tech, was also super helpful and kind. Very thorough in explaining all our charges, etc. Dr Soderberg was also very kind and thorough with her discussion of treatment and follow up. Very happy with visit.

Dr. York is always caring, helpful, and explains everything.

Wasn t able to go into the facility due to Covid but they are always well cleaned. Dr. York always does a wonderful job with Lily. Lily loves coming to visit everyone at ZimmVet.

Very good experience

The curbside experience was excellent. It went very quickly, which I think our kitty appreciated! The vet and vet tech were great over the phone and answered questions just like they do normally. Thank you for your work as always and dedication to our pets (and our own) health and safety!

Zimmvet is the best Veterinary Clinic that I have been to. The staff are all friendly and they are truly passionate about what they do.

It was great that Zimmvet could get us in same day, which many clinics could not. They were very helpful, really took time with us, great with our pup, and were thorough. Very pleased with friendliness and level of service, as a first time customer.

I really like Dr.Olsen and the techs that help. They are so compassionate and I can tell they really care about my pup and her ongoing issues due to irritable bowel syndrome. Dr Olsen really takes the time to go over things with me and come up with a plan which I appreciate.

All the staff is kind and takes time to talk and make me feel comfortable. They have a genuine care for my dog!!

I am so happy with this clinic and its staff, my puppy is attending the puppy daycare program and he gets excited the second we walk through the door and is excited when I pick him up. The staff knew his name right away.

I have one dog at the Big Lake clinic and wanted to try ZimmVet for my other dog and I really loved the care we were provided. I plan on switching over my other dog to ZimmVet just based on my one experience. The doctor was amazing and so was the vet tech. Both were caring and had such nice personalities.

Amazing Staff. They all adored my pup and made sure he was comfortable with his first visit!

Due to social distancing I did not see inside of facility so I do not know if it was clean. The staff was very helpful & answered all my questions. They were very nice & friendly.

The technician and the doctor were extremely helpful and they both took the time to answer all my questions. I wasn t rushed. I felt that they really cared.

Everyone is very helpful and caring!
